Maine Community Health Options - Name Change!  

You may have noticed a new logo and name on our website. Our name change from Maine Community Health OptionsTM to Community Health OptionsTM reflects our growth in multiple states. Throughout the remainder of this year, you will see a shift in our name on our site and printed materials. 

Our mission remains the same: To partner locally with Members, businesses, and health professionals to provide affordable, high-quality benefits that promote health and wellbeing.

 

Advanced Premium Tax Credit (APTC) 

Loss of APTC

The Health Insurance Marketplace is responsible for determining the amount of, and eligibility for, the APTC which helps individuals purchase health insurance coverage. If you lost some or all your APTC, you must contact the Marketplace directly to resolve the issue. You can contact the Health Insurance Marketplace at (800) 318-2596, TTY: (855) 889-4325.
